Seamless drop-off service is provided by Etro tours upon disembarkation in Aswan, transferring guests directly to airports, railway stations, or their preferred hotels.

Children Policy

Infants under 2 years old are free of charge. Children from 2 to 5.99 years old sharing their parents' cabin receive a significant discount, and children from 6 to 11.99 years old are charged a child rate as per Etro tours policy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date are fully refundable minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 7 to 13 days incur a 50 percent charge, and cancellations within 6 days or no-shows are non-refundable according to Etro tours terms.
