Complimentary pickup is available from Luxor and Aswan airports, railway stations, or centrally located hotels. Our Etro Tours representative will meet you upon arrival.

Smooth drop-off transfer is provided to your preferred location in Luxor or Aswan (airport, station, or hotel) at the end of the cruise.

Children Policy

Maximum two children, from 0 till 5.99 years old: free of charge / sharing parents' cabin using existing bedding. Maximum two children from 6 to 11.99 years old: charged 50% from adult rate / sharing parents' cabin using existing bedding. From 12 years old and above: charged as an adult. Max occupancy: (2 Adults + 1 CHD), or (1 Adult + 2 CHD) or (3 Adults).

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation less than 8 weeks prior to arrival, one night will be charged as cancellation fees. In case of cancellation less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, 50% from the total amount will be charged as cancellation fees. In case of cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full cruise amount will be charged as cancellation fees. In case of No Show the full stay amount will be charged.
